    My past storage rental facility, Public Storage of Walnut Creek, just kept raising and raising my fees. What was first $271 per month, went to $388 per month, finally ended at $475 per month! Although the onsite manager was very nice and helpful, their facility was easily burglarized on dozens of occasions including my space in Nov. 2018. Now about Storage Quest. They are allowing me to pay 12 months in advance, thereby locking in the rental fee. The manager, Cynthia, was really nice and helpful. My space is slightly more difficult to get to, but the cost and location far outweigh this issue. The parking and loading area are a little small with room for only 8 vehicles at a time. They ask you to get-in and get-out to help with this, which I will always try to do. So far, so good. I am so happy to be done with Public Storage.

    Some difficulty in parking 25ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ box truck due to vehicles parked in no parking areas, but everyone was helpful in moving their vehicles when asked to do so. Front office was professional, restrooms were very clean, and COVID restrictions were adhered too by all staff.
