May 20, 2023 - From SFAfter a long move, I moved my things into the storage unit. At check in the unit was more expensive and they did not honor the only rate. They insisted that I needed to buy a lock even though I already had the exact same lock, and i was told I had to buy monthly protection on my items. There were apparently things I could not opt out of. This plus the increased rental doubled my costs.
