Pretty much everything was explained to me up front but the only reason I will not give this rating 5 stars is because I was told that management reserves the right to raise the rent every 6 months! Wow! I enjoy going to the storage unit and filling it up with some of my lifetime belongings and feel very strongly that they will be stored safely at Public Storage! I chose the Simpson Road Public Storage in Kissimmee, FL because I got a great price on a 10x15 unit. It's a little farther to drive from where I live but it is worth it. I sit here and wonder if I leave my belongings here at Public Storage for several years, how much will the rent have gone up by then? Maybe $10 a month? Maybe $25 a month? The reason I am renting here is because I got a great price. I hope it stays that way for a while anyway. Thanks
