Easy on-line reservation site. Easy to navigate. Shown unit upon arrival next day and paperwork was processed expeditiously. A lock and 2 keys are provided (I had stopped and purchased one before going there, so no need to bring your own lock.) Both staff members in the office were friendly and courteous. An overall great, efficient experience. Thank you!
