I just think that considering how far it is and there's no public transport walking distance which makes it inconvenient prices should be slightly lower, this may also be a mainly me problem as I don't own a car and highly depend on public transport/ubers. But considering the quality of service, how clean it is and the fact that it's climated etc. I believe it is worth it, I completely recommend.
