May 20, 2019 - From SFThere's a bit of bait and switch in this industry. Prices are double or triple at the storage site than they are on the website. Unless you reserve online you don't know that you're paying far too much! Then I was told if I wanted storage near a door instead of far to the rear there's a surcharge. And only 1 dolly for the entire location, so I had to wait for it to become available.
