I made the reservation on line. The office called me up within 15 min to confirm. When we arrived on the move-in date, the service was ready and the place was clean. Had to buy a lock, which was sort of a surprise. Otherwise it was just perfect.

Great location. Nice staff. However, the price is very steep considering the small amount of floor space and last, restricted access hours means if you move in or out slower than planned, you will get thrown out at 7:45 PM or the exact minute they close.
