May 05, 2019 - From SFMy first impression from the telephone inquiry to the final paperwork was very good/impressive. However, the following day, I discovered that someone else had put a lock on my unit. This could have been an honest mistake, OR it could have been done purposefully by another customer or a non-customer. Regardless, I did not like the way the problem was handled. I did not have time to complain at the time, so I took the alternate unit which was not satisfactory.
