February 17, 2023 - From SFWhen I arrived on move-in day the woman at front desk offered to show me a similar unit to the one I had reserved since the online reservation I had made via Sparefoot was not appearing in her system. The rate for the unit she showed me was actually $30 more expensive than the reservation and I was in a rush to get back to work so I decided to complete my paperwork online instead of booking the one she showed me. After getting my access code I was disappointed to find rat poop in the unit that I had originally reserved. Although she assured me that the pest inspector had just visited that same day and verified that the rats were gone, I would recommend inspecting the unit before you complete any of the move-in paperwork.

November 29, 2020 - From SFStrange layout . Where the key pads are located you must get out of your car to open the gate. I get nervous will never go after dark. Hard it get in and out must make U turn which can be hard off someone else is there near your unit.
