Storage Sense - Huntsville- Quality Blvd

Everything is good except for the cleanliness of the storage. The storage was covered in spiders and spider webs along with a lot of brush on the floor.

I rented a 5x10 climate controlled unit for my daughter to move her college dorm items into for the summer. I decided on this location because it's very close to the campus. I had a little trouble finding the unit upon arrival and tried to knock on the office door for help but the lady who was inside before the office open hours walked away from the desk as I approached the door. As I knocked she never acknowledged me or returned to the desk so I just walked away and eventually figured it out. The unit was clean and the inside temperature was nice and cool. They have brooms with dustpans hanging along the hallway walls for easy sweep up if needed. There are lights inside the hallway but they are not that bright but you can still see. I would recommend this facility and I'll likely rent from them again in the future

They have verry good customer service

Units are lighted, which is a big plus. Manager was very friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable.
