I have been a customer of this facility for about a year and a half. I have actually increased the size of my storage twice. This property is extremely clean, secure, and well-kept. I have been very satisfied with the service received at the property itself. No complaints with the storage facility at all. This last experience with their customer service was horrendous! My conversation with Abigail was challenged because she refused to listen. She had a questionable attitude when I had to clarify why she was asking for the information she already had because I was an existing customer. She also claimed not to have access to information when I knew what was possible since I had already changed units before! It just wasn't good and I was upset because I believed that I deserved to be treated as a paying customer with respect.

When I seen the storage I had was an upper storage. I called customer service to request a lower one. They did not have any available, But while I walked around I found on the was perfect. I called and it was available the rep transferred everything over to that unit. I could not have been more satisfied.
