April 20, 2020 - From SFThe facility was well set up and James provided excellent customer service, even during COVID-19. He even helped jump start our car when the battery died. The only small issue was the hidden insurance requirement. We were required to buy insurance from the facility because we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know it would be required, despite asking about any and all costs on the phone ahead of time.
