April 07, 2024 - From SFI recently had the pleasure of visiting Public Storage - Houston - 7901 Highway 6 S and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service provided by Tariye and Keylon. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine eagerness to assist. Their knowledge about the facility and willingness to answer all my questions put me immediately at ease. They took the time to understand my storage needs and provided me with options that perfectly suited my requirements. Throughout the entire process, Tariye and Keylon went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their professionalism, combined with their friendliness and willingness to help, made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Public Storage - Houston - 7901 Highway 6 S to anyone in need of storage solutions, not only for its top-notch facilities but also for the exceptional customer service provided by Tariye and Keylon. They truly exemplify what outstanding service is all about, and I will definitely be returning for any future storage needs. Five stars all the way!

June 11, 2019 - From SFA very nice experience except that the store manager tried to sell 1)the door lock and, later said that it is obligatory to have the insurance from Public Storage (while this was not the case).
