The keypad on exit gate doesn't work. We were originally wanting the climate control unit but when we arrived, was told they were all sold out.

I have had a great experience with the staff and accessibility of the unit. The struggle I have is withe the random pricing. The prices online seem different than the onsite pricing. Then two storage units on the same floor and the same size have a $30 different and only the more expensive is available that day.
