Overall pricing out weighed the hurdles. The check-in process was a bit strenuous. The app kept asking for pmt and it did not unlock the gate code. The location did not have anyone to speak to, took a while to get someone on the phone who was able to unlock my account.

Seamless process. I reserved my unit online and followed up with the location . The ladies at the location were very helpful when I went to sign paperwork; they showed me the unit on the property to make sure it was the size I needed before we signed any paperwork. They helped me set up auto payment, explained their hours, etc. I definitely recommend Public Storage for anyone's storage needs.

Really great experience overall first time using a storage, customer service was great reasonable prices and space, i feel secure leaving my belongings with Public Storage easy access to get in definitely recommend this place!
