March 22, 2017 - From SFThe Manager helps in anyway possible, and will take the time needed to answer all your questions. She found my keys in the lock of my storage, and called me right away to pick them up. The rest of the staff is friendly, and helpful also. The property is clean and lighted. I recommend this facility to anyone. However, if you don't pay your rent or write "worthless checks," then expect late fees, etc. All businesses have guidelines or rules to follow, and the managers hands are tied concerning fees, etc, because managers cannot override the authority of the "corporate office."
