July 22, 2020 - From SFThis review is based on today's (07-22-20) experience. I received a phone call 9:04 am) from a representative stating that I didn't sign a lease agreement and that my items within storage would be moved out. This is unacceptable language to a customer whose account had already been debited for the amount of storage fees. In addition, I had already signed a DocuSign document and had been receiving emails thanking me for choosing CubeSmart! In addition, as a customer I had to wait 15 minutes past opening, which made me more late to my job. Thus, costing me money!

September 01, 2015 - From SFThis was by far the best experience I've had with a storage company. It was very quick & seamless. I went in on Saturday morning, the guy at the front desk educated me on my renters policy, which was very helpful. Also it's very secure, they require a code to get in & out of the lot. I chose a drive up unit & was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. I would recommend them to anyone.
