October 03, 2022 - From SFSpencer was very nice and helpful with registration. The unit was clean for the most part but I observed many spider webs above the units and a few dead insects in hallway. The price of the unit is the cheapest in town however the purchase of their insurance is mandatory unlike other facilities so you will need to factor in another $12/month (rough estimate).
