Great unit for the price. Except the whole first month is a $1 is BS. They charge you a $29.99 admin fee plus $20 for their key. Other than that, good deal I guess.

Last year (2020), my mom passed away and because of the Pandemic we couldn't afford a Storage unit to put some of my mom's things in one along with the totes we already had on the Patio. So we added her things to ours. We have a 3 bdrm townhouse and one bdrm is already wall to wall, floor to ceiling with totes and some furniture from the death of my husband's mom. The next bdrm has a bed and surrounded by boxes and 2 dressers. Then there is our rm, which has a bed, dresser, 2 night stands and 2 more totes at the foot of the bed. So needless to say we had no choice but to put the excess totes on our 2 patios. The HOA apparently didn't like that so in Feb.2021 they contacted the property manager but we didn't hear from the property manager until October 2021, a couple days before my Ankle Replacement. They did give us a few weeks to get them all moved because of my situation. So we got our Storage unit. Really can't afford a storage unit but we can't lose our mom's things either. I'm so glad I found this facility because they made it so easy for me to do all this through my phone. The lady that helped me was so nice and pleasant to talk to. I just wish I could remember her name 😔. That is my storage unit story! Thank You Lori Shaffer

The gentleman that helped me at the location was kind and patient. The facility is clean and easy to access... wish the hallways were slightly wider for navigation of wider items.

We already had a unit at this location and I just rented another one. Kayla made the process so easy.
