The customer service was amazing, their "climate controlled" unit is actually behind closed doors unlike 3 others I dealt with before finding this one. It's actually nice inside, even though they use a swamp cooler. Price is GREAT for a 10 x 15.. find that online before you go in and the price will be much better.
