Bryce was super helpful and friendly. He made me feel better about where I was renting. He was very informative as well. Moving my stuff in was super easy and they were helpful but helping me the day of. The facility was super clean and the elevators were big enough to fit my bookshelf and sofa.

First time using a climate controlled storage facility. I liked how the lights were motion activated both in the halls & inside the storage unit which was very tall. The hollow wall slats were nice for keeping long items out of the way. Tons of carts to help unload quickly. But, there was no ramp near the door for larger items. The other more annoying problem I had was with the door way itself. If you only had a few items to unload it was fine that you had to stop to enter the door code. But, for storaging items of an entire house, it was super inconvenient to keep stopping the flow by walking over to the keypad to get access. It was less of an issue when other people were also unloading so the inside sensor the door open longer. But, the signs said not to keep them open or theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d be disabled. They even tape over the bypass switch to keep them open with a ﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ彭o not touchﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ sign too. So, we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bother but someone must have the next day we went because at the end we both realized we never did see the door close at all the second day & it made unloading much easier.

Had a great Promo rate and took advantage of indoor climate controlled area. Facilities are clean, well lit, BIG elevators to 2nd-3rd floors and individual PIN codes for door entry. A great experience

Great counter person! Explained things clearly, toured facility and completed rental in about 25 minutes. Knowledgeable, professional and very positive!

Multiple restrooms on-site. Use of elevators and carts. A map to locate your unit. Very good!
