I used this location a few years ago and the girl at the front was great. I had a bigger unit and then downgraded to a smaller one and the transition was seamless. The move-out was easy too. That's why I chose them again this time.

Kathy was amazing!!! She was so very helpful in everything. She was so kind to let us choose our rental space. She showed us a variety of spaces to make sure we had the correct size needed. She also informed us that we could use the other gate to exit the premises... just let her know. Its people like KATHY that make such a great experience. I recommend anyone to go see Katy at public storage on Jackson St. in Garland. She is an amazing person and very funny... we love her to death.

She set up a convenient appointment around my time frame... And upon arrival, the on-site associate made me feel welcomed and appreciated. She explained what was available and it was obvious the security was very good. I do recommend phoning in advance, as I was able to get THE very best deal. I'm very satisfied with everything about Public Storage.
