Customer service really seems to be a thing of the past. Dealing with most companies nowadays is an exercise in frustration. So I was really surprised and delighted when I contacted SpareFoot in my search for a storage unit near me. The first surprise is you actually reach a person without sifting through 20 minutes of an automated phone system. Whoda thought when you call a company you might actually want to talk to a person? Their representative went out of her way to search a number of storage units in the area to find me the best deal. She was also as helpful and friendly as she could possibly be. Ultimately I went with CubeSmart Self Storage at 300 Old Game Preserve Road. Once I connected with CubeSmart, they were also the nicest, most helpful people I've dealt with in a really long time.
