I was supposed to have an appointment with the manager which got canceled w/o my knowledge once the payment was made.

THis is an excellent value. I paid more for parking outside in someone's backyard last year. The set up was very fast and simple. I was able to speak to a live person with instant answers to my questions. Access to the garage facility was very simple and straightforward. The facility is in a prime location. The facility is very clean. The only issue I had was the lock supplied was a little tricky to work. The 20x10 garage is plenty big for my Chryslder Sebring and allows me to store a few bikes and other items as well. I am very pleased with Public Storage and would recommend them to anyone.

Easy Peasy! I moved to the area in March and needed to remodel my small condo. We could only work on it during the off season. Now that the busy season is starting I thought about selling all my tools and buying new ones again in the spring as I figured the cost would be about the same as renting storage for 6 months to just pay to have them sitting there. When I looked up the price and signed up online, I would replace only one saw for the price of storing them all for half a year!! No brainer! Moved in the same day!
