Extra Space Storage - 3357 - Fort Lauderdale - 3rd Avenue

My experience with securing a storage unit was very seamless. I was routed to this company by a 3rd party site. The Asst. manager called within an hour of my inquiry and answered all of my questions. Once there, she showed me the unit and honored the quoted monthly fee that the 3rd party site showed me.

Nicole helped to make an already hectic day moving day pleasant. She called to make sure if we were planning to arrive before 5. I was thinking of upgrading the unit to a bigger one. Once we arrived she showed us our unit size, made sure I had my code to enter, and let me go upstairs to make sure I could locate and open our unit. This might be standard procedure, but it was past 5 and she was not in a hurry; genuinely wanted to make sure we were set before she left. Thank you, Nicole!
