    First time ever in renting a storage unit. We were shown several units after answering questions as to what we were storing, furniture, boxes, etc. Then we filled out the storage agreement and was given the security code for entering and leaving the premises and hours of operation. Also they had for sale packing paper, tape, dispensers, boxes, etc. Very knowledgeable about everything you need and answers for all of our questions.

    Tony and the other rep were great. Just never had a admin fee or forced to buy insurance on a storage unit I only need for one month.
