June 09, 2023 - From SFI was told by a on site staffer that on my move in date I would have until 9:30 but everything became chaotic when I woman approached my husband and said we had 3 minutes to get our stuff in the elevator and back down and the truck out or we would be locked in. We had great difficulty understanding what she was saying so we were running around getting everything squared away. It was extremely stressful. Our items are safely put away but the timing issues were frustrating.
