March 23, 2019 - From SFThe on-line reservation was very easy and helpful and I got a phone call shortly after completing the on-line information (a person from the facility) for confirmation; thought that was nice. The communication (with email) was super and the office team was nice and thorough in explaining everything I needed. They took the time to help with the 'how-to' for using the elevator, the entry gate and the garage bay doors illustrating that they want the customer to be self sufficient and knowledgeable. Great customer service work! Would (will) refer to others
