February 28, 2024 - From SFThe day I was to move in there were cops there. When they came out they had mentioned that someone had a unit broken into. I became hesitant but the more I talk to them I realized that it was extremely rare and hasn't happened in many many years. They themselves told me it was a very safe place and recommended it highly. So hopefully they're right, that's the kind of advice I trust. The manager was extremely helpful and open about it all, and it seemed to be targeted to one unit which happened to be right across from mine. I even talked to that tenant and she said that it's never happened and they had been there a long time. So my trust is in their hands and I feel comfortable with that.
