Just started moving stuff in. Set up everything online, pretty easy. Two surprises: 1) auto charged for a lock, but I do understand that if I provide a lock they will remove that charge. 2) It is my understanding they REQUIRE you to have insurance, it is NOT optional. Their insurance is optional if you provide proof of your own insurance. But this is an added expense I did not know about. They do waive the first month charge, but this extra expense will alter my plans.

My only complaint is I saw several bugs and a slight odor. I will defiantly look into an Indoor unit if I ever need another unit. However, there's not really much they can do because well it is outside. Customer service was Great and everything went quick and smoothly.
