November 05, 2019 - From SFLots of confusion about the registration at the local office. Different stories from different people. All worked out OK in the end but only after at least 6-8 phone calls. Was even told at one point if we did not come a day early they would not hold the reservation - not happy with that employee - wish I knew their name so I could complain about their attitude and lack of caring for the customer. It meant driving 75 miles round trip for a friend to check in a day early. In the end it was not necessary but caused a lot of ill will getting it sorted out.
