April 07, 2021 - From SFOnly issue, was that unit was on 2nd floor, although through confirmation sent stated it was to be on 1st floor. I didn't pay for a 1st floor unit per description when I reserved, so I'm not upset in the least. I knew going in that it' would take time to move a full 16' box truck (5 hrs), but that's my issue not Public Storage's. Just wishful thinking, that when the confirmation had (1st floor) written that I'd gotten lucky to not have to deal w/ an elevator. But I won't have to worry about that again for awhile. Staff was extremely courteous upon my arrival the unit was clean and ready for me when I arrived.
