The priceless experience was Dolly; she went above and beyond to ensure I was more than satisfied with my rental. I reserved the unit only, and minutes after, she called me to verify and help me walk through the online rental. When I arrived at the storage, she was quick and helpful, even checking with me that the app worked well opening the gate and all the possible details that I needed to learn to make my experience at the facility smooth and easy. This is not my first storage rental, and so far, this has been the best customer experience I have had until now. Thank you, Dolly!!!
