March 03, 2021 - From SFthe following day was a sunday and someone had forced the side door open so the sliding doors did not work. i called the emergency number and spoke to Terry. he told me he would make some calls but no one ever came. luckily I was able to use that side door. i had hired movers so if that would not work i would have been in trouble. Ken is great at the office and was great to work with. tom
