February 18, 2021 - From SFEverything was great, however I was told there was an elevator I could use for my storage unit on the second floor. Given the winter storm we are going through right now, it made things extra difficult when I arrived and the elevator was not working. We had to use the stairs. Otherwise everything was good.

So I made a reservation to look at your units and Makayla was the person that I spoke with. She followed up with me even though I wasn't ready to get a unit for another month. She kept in contact, we made an appointment, she sent me two reminders of that appointment and she was very pleasant when I came in to actually view the unit and rent here. I'm seldom impressed with the service industry, but she was a welcome surprise.
