When we arrived there was a sign that said " out for lunch- immediate assistance call" I called and Rachel returned immediately to let us into our unit. SUPER EASY and very convenient. Dollys are available...there is 1 flat cart-more would be helpful. Some of the info i received was inaccurate-but to my benefit. I was told no pro-rating, when in fact they DO pro-rate. So i ended up paying partial rental for July. I will pay full rental for Aug, but as long as I am out by the 24th of the month.....Aug will be pro-rated also. I feel the rate is OVER PRICED....but i guess you pay for convenience. Since it's just temporary, we will make it work.

The facility was extremely secure and clean. It has a unique security system that I have never seen before and I think is very impressive. The customer service was extraordinary and i appreciated the kindness of the employee. He was extremely helpful and knew how to explain everything in a way that was understandable.

Check in was smooth, no complaint's. Price was high but it is in the heart of downtown.
