Customer service is great. Received a good deal on the first 4 months rent and they were particularly helpful in helping me decide which size of storage I would need. Highly recommend!

September 30, 2024 - From SFEverything went well. I had to wait a bit, while the two clerks were helping another customer but that is not a problem. The clerks didn't tell me how to open the door, that there is a foot peddle you have to stand on the release the catch. The handle is pretty rusted compared to the other doors I checked. But again, everything went well.
