    Management was very quick to respond when we reserved online, even on a Saturday. The value of what you're getting for what you pay is outstanding; the facility is clean and well maintained, great security, easy access and good location. Would recommend to anyone needing storage in the CO Springs area.

    From the second i walked in I was just blown away with how nice the lady was at the desk(sorry forgot her name). I went in for a uhual rental and when i pulled up and realized it was a storage facility and it was so close to my home I immediately kicked myself for not choosing them mostly because they were so close then because their sooo nice. So I said i wish I had came here for my storage and she immediately asked a few quick questions and said she could get my next month free. needless to say I took that offer. Both Uhual transactions and storage were simple. They even eased my mind when I returned the uhual after hours and my phone died so I couldnt complete the return and i got a text saying if i didnt i could get charged more. I called first thing next morning nd they said no extra fees and got it all taken care of. super impressed.
