April 06, 2020 - From SFPublic Storage was great! The people were super nice and helpful, the unit and facility was clean and easily accessible, and the process was simple. They do make you buy a $20 lock that is basically useless after you leave, but that's a small price to pay for great service.

March 20, 2020 - From SFIt was incredibly easy to set up a storage unit with public storage. I reserved a unit online then picked a time and date to come in a finish setting it up. They were extremely flexible with me, I missed the original time I was supposed to meet there and the woman called and said it was no issue just to come in a little later. The customer service was amazing and the unit was clean. I would definitely recommend Public storage to others
