January 31, 2018 - From SFThe people working there are nice. The place is ok. I just moved my stuff there so not sure how good it will be. It should be climate controlled. Pricing should be lower. They trick you when you book, supposedly it's free first month, but they charge move in fee plus insurance so the first month is difinateky not free and not that cheap after all.

December 30, 2017 - From SFThe staff here are very accommodating and helpful in getting you in and setup quickly. The facility is very clean and comfortable. It can be difficult to navigate, but there are plenty of maps. I highly recommend.
