June 07, 2024 - From SFThis facility is clean, organized and easy to navigate.Nicole was the consultant I worked with to select a storage unit. She was very professional, knowledgeable and brings joy to the atmosphere. Will definitely tell people to ask for her when in need of a storage unit. Over Storage masters is great but should consider mabey a small solar light for some of the units .

November 16, 2023 - From SFThe place is clean. They are doing upgrades in the drainage and concrete areas impacting access temporarily which is inconvenient but otherwise needed. Like the security of the facility. It is close by so easy to access.

November 30, 2022 - From SFI had a very easy and productive move. I worked with Mike at the Chesterfield location and he was extremely helpful. He genuinely cared about me and the process of moving my mother's belongings. I didn't feel pressured to sign up. I was able to use their moving truck which saved me a lot of money. The size and price were what I was looking for. We were moving from a other storage where I was paying 3 times more. So far I am happy with the service.
