April 03, 2024 - From SFHad to call to get someone to check us in as no one was there. Sign said they would be back at 1:45 and it was after 2:00 our movers ended up taking a break as they were on the clock getting paid to just sit there and wait. Kind of frustrating for both of us.

March 23, 2024 - From SFSo far my experience has been pretty good. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful. I was worried at first when I got there to check in. It looked like the unit I though I had reserved was occupied already but they were able to get me in to my unit after all.

February 27, 2023 - From SFEverything thing was handled on phone or online. I had to go into the office to check in and have the company's lock removed. Staff was very friendly.

March 10, 2022 - From SFRepresentative at the on site office was very nice and informative. Getting the first months rent free was wonderful. The storage unit was clean except for a few small balls of shipping tape. There was a moderate amount of snow and ice in front of the storage door that made it a bit slippery to walk across carrying boxes Etc. However, overall it was a good experience.
