My wife and I are de-cluttering our townhome for the summer. We rented a 5x10 unit, price was very good. Facility is clean, but one elevator is out of service, and we are the 3rd floor so if there are many people using the elevators they all have to use the only elevator available. Also, the gate does not work. But between the lock on the unit and needing a passcode to get in the building, the unit is very secure.

Very disappointed that insurance wasnt mentioned till I arrived at the location, that added 55% to the monthly cost. Everything else was ok. Need to sweep parking area, lots of debrie.

Although this unit was a bit of distance from my house getting there was straight forward. I have other units but no one has had the efficiency and customer service I received here. Walked me through the facility, showed up make sure it was clean and processed my lease in 15 minutes. Excellent. Would highly recommend.
