Like the facility, but renting my 2nd unit i had to provide a copy of the homeowners policy for a 3rd time since the 2 times I sent it for the 1st unit it never got put on the record.

I like this storage facility, clean and the staff was helpful, however there are two things that need improvement: 1. The elevator door when you are loading should not be on a timer, otherwise it will be on a timeout and it will disable the elevator. Staff should have control to help the clients. 2. The access doors to the first floor are too small, making the moving very hard, it must be changed.

I reserved on line and went by later to complete the transaction. The place is amazing! Great unloading bay,wonderfully clean, and the staff member that helped me was knowledgeable and quick to complete the rental. Overall a great transaction!
