August 12, 2020 - From SFIt was a helpful and stress free arrangement to obtain a storage unit. I was a bit concerned that there were no moving carts available, no fault of the facility though. I understand they were misappropriated by others. Place is clean and always nice to visit when I place items into storage. I would differently use this location for storage again.

April 28, 2020 - From SFOnline reservation and appointment took mere seconds. I got a direct phone call in less than one minute. Site manager Alan was prompt, prepared, professional and pleasant. Strongly recommend this location, no complaints! The gated access and after-dark lighting is well designed. Location is kept exceptionally clean. Meets our family's needs 100%.
