May 03, 2022 - From SFFrom the time I got there until I left Sonya took great care of me answered all my questions and even walk up to the unit with me when I had trouble getting in the unit. I must say this is my very first time using a storage unit and I will definitely using this particular location quite often its very clean and easy to get too parking is not a problem and plenty of helpful tools to get your things in and out of the storage unit. Thanks this place is amazing

September 13, 2017 - From SFThe unit was advertised and the staff were great. However I was very annoyed to see that I would need to make additional payments of $13 a month for the required renters insurance. This should have been advertised, and added roughly 50% to the cost.
