March 04, 2021 - From SFThe whole experience was good. If you try to do everything online you are committed to buying their $17 lock and their insurance. If you go into their office you are immediately hit in the face with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The lady at at the counter is very nice and helpful. The facility is nice and easy to navigate, with a good freight elevator.
