January 22, 2025 - From SFI was paying around $250/month for a 10x10 which I thought very steep. I called their customer service group who got me the same size space for $85/month. Now I have two questions…1.)Why was I paying so much for being a loyal customer when new customers get it for nearly $200 less per month?….and 2.) I’m 73 years old, why was I “penalized” for getting a better rate by being forced to move all of my property to a same size space in the SAME building? What did that benefit anyone?

April 27, 2024 - From SFThe staff were very helpful, the unit was clean, new, well lit, and easy to access. We used our own olly, but I'd suggest the facility provide more carts and dolly's for clients to use, as there were none available for another group trying to mover their items.
