May 08, 2022 - From SFThe reservation process was easy. I reserved thru a 3rd party site but I did make contact with the location directly and they were helpful. It would be nice if they had an interface that helped you better determine (visually) the unit size and how to sleep pack the items. If they do have that, I did not find it. Otherwise I am happy with the unit.
