I left my card with him as I unpack my things, as I was in a rush, no games no gimmicks he did what was expected and nothing more. I wish I remembered his name because he deserves a raise! Lol.

March 21, 2016 - From SFThe facility (both the storage area and the office) was very clean and at a good temperature. The only drawbacks were that the staff member was initially unfriendly, and there was only one worker; more were needed.

March 13, 2016 - From SFFriendly staff. Very pleasant and easy experience overall. The price was the lowest I have found. My only concern is had is that although they has cameras and their protocol for locks seem fine, anyone can walk upstairs to the units.
